I have found several excellent
E meters, of Russian Manufacture. They are fully digital, and well constructed.
They are bio feedback devices used in auditing and clearing people. Below
are several models of the meters, with some pictures.
The next are the Phoenix meters:
Then we have a simple meter, The
STALKER, which is fully automatic,
but a basic model, with only a clock
and TA indicator.
